• If  items have been purchased correctly and client no longer requires the product a 20% re-stocking and handling fee we be imposed plus  full un-discounted delivery and collection charges.
• If goods are in transit and client cancells the order double delivery charges will be imposed as couriers have delivered to client and ourselves this will be deducted from the refund value.
• If goods are not what the client ordered, the correct items will be sent out a s a p or a refund will be offered.
